Product Production and Availability
We realize that potential interruptions in the crucial supplies that testing professionals rely on daily is of paramount concern. Rest assured, our production facilities remain open and productive. For the safety of our employees, we’ve instituted schedule rotations with our production and engineering shifts to lower the number of workers at risk at any one time while maintaining our manufacturing output. Our calibration test labs will also remain properly staffed to provide new and existing product support.
Global Product Shipping
We understand that there are current challenges with managing timely shipments using our global system of freight carriers. To address these issues, we have a team of logistic specialists working diligently to minimize delays caused by shipping slowdowns in many regions of the world.
Sales and Service
Despite many working remotely to minimize social contact, our Customer Service and Sales teams around the world are available on our regular work schedules to help you with your orders and service requests and to address any questions you may have.
