Chris O'Connor

President and Chief Executive Officer

Chris is the global leader of the Humanetics Group and is one the industry's recognized experts on vehicle and occupant safety. He is a retired Colonel in the US Army Reserves and a board member of several fast growth engineering businesses. He can often be found calculating velocity and winds speeds on the golf course, or tuning the torque on one of his engines.

Amit Singhi

Chief Financial Officer

 

Amit is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Humanetics Group responsible for our investments and financial performance. Amit has extensive experience leading financial teams and operational processes at Ford and FLIR Systems, and at managing a diverse portfolio of companies at the Piston Group. He is a bad golfer and is committed to mentor young people aspiring to become engineers and business leaders.

Mike Van Horn

Chief Operations Officer

Mike is in charge of managing the operations, manufacturing and delivery of Humanetics' test devices to our clients. He has extensive automotive and manufacturing experience in quality, manufacturing and R&D teams. When not operating our global business he decompresses with his family and friends hunting, fishing and boating.

Mark Westen

Global VP Sales & Marketing and Managing Director Europe

Mark leads Global Sales and Marketing as well as the Humanetics business across Europe. He has deep experience working across Europe, India and China leading product and engineering management in the industrial, automotive, consumer and energy industries. When he's not with his wife and two kids, he likes to explore the countryside in his passion for motorbiking.

Jack Jensen

Vice President Engineering

As vice president of Engineering and Program Management, Jack is responsible for product engineering at Humanetics. He was previously employed at General Motors, and has spent more than 30 years in automotive safety engineering. Jack and his wife are mixed doubles tennis partners - off the court, they have 4 young adult children and Jack enjoys traveling, history and walking their dog.

Sanket Mehta

Vice President Emerging Technologies

Sanket leads Business Development and Product Strategy for active safety (ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle) business. With his strong technology background, and a passion for developing customer and partner relations, he has built multi-million dollar businesses for companies such as Avaya, IBM, Infostretch and Larsen & Toubro. Sanket is a trained actor and singer who enjoys hosting his friends for movie and karaoke nights.

Bachar Aljundi

Managing Director CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) 

Bachar is one of the leading experts in CAE software, a pioneer of software virtual simulations to help advance vehicle safety and design. He has built and led the CAE team at Humanetics CAE for over 10 years. When he's not engineering, you can catch him (if you can) biking, hiking or traveling to discover new places.

Dr. Andreas Seidl

CEO, Human Solutions

Andreas is the founder and CEO of Human Solutions. He is a graduate in telecommunications and electronics engineering and studied electrical engineering and cybernetics in Graz and Munich. In 1994 he completed his PhD at the Technical University of Munich with distinction and received the Ströbl Prize of the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior for his scientific achievements. His concept of putting the human being at the heart of product development and production was the key for his success. Human Solutions is the world market leader with the digital human model RAMSIS, which is used for the development of vehicle interiors. When time permits, he enjoys traveling to foreign countries, taking photographs, mountain biking or participating in classic car rallies.

Brad Baker

Sales & Marketing Director Americas

Brad leads our US, Canadian and South American Sales and Marketing activity. He has extensive experience of the automotive sector through his work at AVL with GM and FCA. He also has a deep knowledge of champagne – notably he is a “Chevalier” in the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne – and firmly holds the conviction that “champagne makes everything better”.

Yuji Okuda

General Manager Japan

Yuji is Managing Director of Humanetics in Japan overseeing our sales and operations. Yuji is one of the longest serving members of the Humanetics team and has worked with the company for almost 30 years.  He is a passionate cook, so when he is not saving lives, the best part of his day is cooking with his family enjoying sushi, tempura, and Japanese style steak.

Peter Wang

General Manager China

Peter is responsible for managing Humanetics business and operations in China. Since he joined in 2006 Peter is helped to build strong connections with the automotive passive and active safety community in China. He likes to play table tennis with his son and enjoys the cheers of his little daughter no matter who wins the game.

Pradeep Mohan

General Manager India

Pradeep is responsible for managing Humanetics Operations in India and leading the  CAE product sales in India & South East Asia. He is a Master in Mechanical engineering, a PHD in transport safety and has managed multi-million dollar vehicle safety research programs in the US and India. With a keen sense of danger, he is a passionate cyclist, and loves to recharge playing badminton, cooking & spending time with family.

Gerhard Haas

Director of Sales Europe

Gerhard manages Humanetics' European sales team for all passive safety and ATD products. With 25 years of service in the industry he is a well known expert and leader in the European vehicle crash and safety community. Being a father of four kids the safety of vehicles is of major interest for Gerhard.

Markus Schmidl

Global Director of Sales 

Markus Schmidl joined the Humanetics team in 2012 with the goal of taking a thorough look at the product offerings and answering the question – how can we make these products even better than they already are? With his background in printing press machine sales at Heidelberger, Markus already knew that in a machine-driven workflow, maximum efficiency is critical to success.

Klaus Matlschweiger

Director of Business Development (Passive Safety)

In 1998, Klaus began his career in the field of vehicle safety and development. He created the sophisticated E-Liner system for passive safety testing, and went on to found the FronTone company in 2005 to promote this advanced technology.  Klaus supports the global sales team with passive safety business development.

Director Human Resource

Janis leads the Human Resource function for the Humanetics Group and represents the needs of our 800 employees across 13 markets. Her experience working with both mature and startup companies helps to shape her guidance for all aspects of the human resource function. The best part of her day is to spend time with family and finding ways to give back to the community.
